Mint Mojito Recipe

SERVING SIZE:      400ml Collins Glass

Ingredients:     

*50ml White Rum

*20ml Pissaro Mint Mojito Syrup

*4 Lime wedges

*4 – 6 Fresh mint leaves

*Half a glass of crushed ice

*1 Teaspoon icing sugar

*50ml Soda water

METHOD:

  • Muddle fresh mint leaves and icing sugar in glass
  • Add lime wedges and continue to muddle for a minute
  • Now add white rum, mint mojito syrup and crushed ice and stir well
  • Lastly, top up with soda water and crushed ice

GARNISH: Optional – lime slice and mint sprig
