SERVING SIZE: 350ml Glass

Ingredients:
*20ml Pissaro Blackcurrant Syrup
*300ml Sprite, lemonade or soda water
*6 blocks ice

METHOD:
1) Pour ice into glass
2) Now fill glass ¾ full with drink of choice
3) Add blackcurrant syrup and gently fold to mix – do not stir !
4) Top up with balance of drink of choice

GARNISH: Optional – mint sprig and lemon wheel on side
