SERVING SIZE: 250ml Martini / 350ml Hurricane Glass

Ingredients:     

*50ml White Rum

*40ml Pissaro Strawberry Syrup

*12.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

*140g Ice (8 – 10 blocks of ice)

METHOD:

1. Pour ice and all other ingredients into blender
2. Blend till smooth

GARNISH: Split Strawberry
