Sour Brandy Martini
SERVING SIZE: 250ml Martini Glass
Ingredients:
*50ml Brandy
*25ml Pissaro Mixed Berry Puree
*25ml Fresh lemon juice
* 12.5ml Celluzzon mix / egg white
*3 Angostura bitters dashes
*3 Blocks ice
METHOD:
- Build all ingredients into mixing glass / shaker and shake very well.
- Now double strain into chilled martini glass
GARNISH: Optional – lemon wedge
