Mint Mojito
SERVING SIZE: 400ml Collins Glass
Ingredients:
*50ml White Rum
*25ml Pissaro Wild Mint Syrup
*4 Lime wedges
*Handful of fresh mint
*Half a glass of crushed ice
*100ml Soda water
METHOD:
- Muddle fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, wild mint syrup
- Now add crushed ice and stir well
- Lastly, top up with soda water and crushed ice
and white rum in a glass for a minute
GARNISH: Optional – lime slice and mint sprig
