SERVING SIZE: 400ml Collins Glass

Ingredients:     

*50ml White Rum

*25ml Pissaro Wild Mint Syrup

*25ml Pissaro Granadilla Puree

*4 Lime wedges

*4 – 6 Fresh mint leaves

*Half a glass of crushed ice

*50ml Soda water

METHOD:

  1. Muddle fresh mint leaves and lime wedges in glass
  2. Now add white rum, mango puree & wild mint syrup; crushed ice and stir
    well
  3. Lastly, top up with soda water and crushed ice

GARNISH: Optional – granadilla wedge and mint sprig
