SERVING SIZE: 400ml Collins Glass

Ingredients:     

*50ml Gin

*12.5ml fresh lemon Juice

*25ml Pissaro Strawberry Syrup

*Half a glass of crushed ice

*50ml Soda water

METHOD:

1. Build all ingredients into glass with soda water going in last
2. Gently stir to avoid making the drink flat
3. Top up with crushed ice

GARNISH: Optional – split strawberry and mint sprig
