FREE delivery for orders of R650 or more. FREE delivery does not apply to overnight delivery option for regional areas.
- All orders placed within South Africa are R99 incl. VAT
- Overnight deliveries are charged at R700 incl. VAT
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TIMES
LOCAL SHIPPING
- SAME DAY DELIVERY
Is offered in selected areas within Gauteng and includes the following areas: Centurian, Krugersdorp, Johannesburg, Midrand, Pretoria and Johannesburg. All orders to be placed by no later than 9am daily. Orders placed after cut off time will be delivered the next day. Same day deliveries will be received by no later than 5pm. Same day deliveries are not available on weekends and public holidays. - NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Is offered within Gauteng only. All orders to be placed by no later than 1pm daily. Orders placed after cut off time will be delivered within 2 business days.
STANDARD SHIPPING
- STANDARD DELIVERY
All regional orders (excluding Gauteng) are available on standard delivery times. Standard deliveries are delivered within 3 – 5 business days.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
- OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
All regional orders to be placed by not later than 11am and will be delivered the next day by 12pm. Any orders placed on a public holiday or weekend will take 2 business days when our offices reopen.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Outlaying areas might take longer, depending on the areas they fall within.
- We do not accept P.O. Box addresses as packages must be signed for upon delivery. You may be requested to produce your ID and/ or credit card at the time of delivery
- Export Restriction. All our offerings on our website are available to clients living in the Republic of South Africa.
ORDER RETURNS / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- If your order/product is damaged please send us an image of the damaged product (we will arrange for collection for our account) within 5 (five) days from the receipt thereof. If we are not notified within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
- If you are unhappy with your order upon receiving it, you are welcome to return the order back to us but it must be undamaged and unopened. If you wish to make use of our courier, a return courier charge will be levied.
